  • We don't offer refunds of any kind.
  • You can cancel your membership at any time. Please allow 3 business days notice of your cancellation before any ongoing charge.
  • Once cancelled, your access to your membership will be closed. 



  • All sales of digital products and courses are final.



  • Our seasonal intensives are offered outside of regular membership pricing and are open to both hope*writers members and non-members.
  • All intensive sales are final and are not eligible for refunds.



  • Coaching services purchased through hope*media are nonrefundable.
  • If you have questions about the coaching package you purchased email [email protected].


Progress Planner & Writerly Shop Products

  • All sales are final on the Progress Planner, Progress Planner annual subscriptions, and items purchased from The Writerly Shop.
  • If you do not want your Progress Planner subscription to auto-renew, please email [email protected] to cancel your subscription at least three business days prior to your annual renewal date. 


Once you register for your ticket, we won’t be able to offer a refund, so make sure to check your calendar and your budget before purchasing.If something changes, you may transfer your in-person ticket to a livestream pass or recording of the conference if available (please note: we will not offer a refund for the difference in cost.) If you would prefer, you may transfer your ticket to someone else (all money exchanges regarding ticket transfers will be done by the original ticket purchaser and the person receiving the ticket). Just be sure to notify us at [email protected] so that we have an accurate record of attendees. A deadline for transferring tickets is 30 days before the conference.
